TEL AVIV, Israel, Jan. 13, 2022 — Radware® (NASDAQ: RDWR) announced today the  appointment of Guy Avidan as its new chief financial officer (CFO) effective February 18, 2022.

Mr. Avidan joins Radware from Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT). Before serving as president  at KornitX, Guy was CFO of Kornit Digital for six years, leading Kornit to its initial public offering on Nasdaq.

Prior to joining Kornit Digital, Mr. Avidan was vice president of finance and CFO at AudioCodes  Ltd. (NASDAQ: AUDC). In addition, Guy has 15 years of experience serving in various other  executive capacities, including co-president and CFO at MRV Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:  MRVC) as well as vice president of finance and CFO at Ace North Hills, which was acquired by  MRV Communications.

Mr. Avidan brings extensive expertise leading public technology companies and managing finance organizations in high-growth environments. He is a certified public accountant and  holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University in Israel.
