Molly Middleton recognized as an outstanding woman in technology

Praxent, a fintech UX design and engineering partner to financial companies, today announced that their head recruiting manager, Molly Middleton, has won a 2022 Moxie Award by Built In. The annual awards program recognizes women in technology who have made notable contributions to their workplaces, communities and the industry as a whole.

The award program judges (all senior female leaders in tech) evaluated the nearly 1,000 nominations and selected winners based on who showed the most “moxie,” a combination of courage,
determination, energy and know-how. Molly, who has been at Praxent for over three years, was acknowledged because of her determination to ensure successful talent acquisition in the wildly volatile and complicated worlds of consulting, innovative software development and financial services technology.

“Praxent’s culture is built upon inclusion, recognizing the knowledge, vision and value of each team member. Such a work environment fuels my passion to build our team with top talent,” said Molly Middleton, head of recruitment at Praxent. “I am proud to be a woman in technology, helping drive the industry forward and encourage other women along the way, and appreciate being included in this year’s Moxie Awards.”

“We’re proud to offer a program that empowers the industry to join Built In’s commitment to celebrating women on the rise,” says Sheridan Orr, chief marketing officer, Built In. “The 2022 winners represent the industry’s future leaders, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to thrive as they advance in their careers. We know they’ll make the industry stronger for their presence.”

With a unique blend of expertise in product management, user experience design, and software development, Praxent helps financial services companies launch new products, modernize existing ones, successfully implement complex integrations, and remain relevant in a changing market. The company has a talented team of 70+ experts and has completed over 400 transformative projects that lead with human-centered design.
