Fintech shares best practices for branding digital services to members
Praxent, a fintech UX design and engineering partner to financial companies, spoke at Constellation’s Launch 2022 Conference in Durham, North Carolina this week. The company shared updates on Constellation’s new user interface and implementation guide for branding platform services.
The CUSO recently partnered with Praxent to help modernize the user journey. Together, Constellation and Praxent have reimagined the user interface to improve consistency and usability for members, while also creating a fintech style and implementation guide to ensure there is a unified look and feel for those fintechs building to the platform. All of this was done to help boost adoption and strengthen Constellation’s competitive stance.
“Constellation is a leader in the credit union space, providing sophisticated digital banking services to institutions across the country,” said Tim Hamilton, CEO and founder of Praxent. “We are proud to have partnered with the CUSO, helping to revamp the member experience and create a guide for fintechs that ensures a cohesive look and feel. We enjoyed discussing these updates, as well as tips for delivering a superior digital experience to members, at Constellation Launch.”
Constellation Launch 2022 Conference brought together top industry leaders across credit unions and fintechs. The agenda included informative sessions around technology updates and best practices for optimizing the platform, as well as the 2022 Hack-a-thon and Constellation Gravity Awards.
